Identify revenue opportunity from existing channels or find / explore new channels.
Setup pipelines, hire and train in-house and/or field salespeople. We often go out with sales teams to understand conditions on the ground.
Set sales goals, and devise price lists and promotions that supports those goals.
Identify potential business partners, and build requisite relationships for expanding into targeted areas or channels.
E-Commerce and Distribution Channels
Setting up physical warehouses, including advanced material handling systems.
Implement ERP, WMS systems, and any software system (server or SaaS) required to manage inventory.
Build an in-house IT team to create or extend software systems needed to scale growth.
Building and managing high-volume eCommerce sites, paired with order fulfillment systems.
